Q. Just a quick message - I would like to know from what age can you start using your products?

A. The range is designed for all ages especially for people in the 30’s +, however we have had wonderful feedback from customers who are both 16 and 86!

Q. I am planning to place an order for your range, but before doing so, please could you confirm whether any of your products contain ingredients that have been tested on animals or SLS, parabens or petrochemicals?

A. Our products are natural and organic, free from petrochemicals, artificial perfumes, parabens, colourants and animal ingredients. We only test on humans!

Q. I wonder if you could advise me on whether I would use your AD skin synergy nourishing night treatment with other products at night?

A. Nourishing Night Treatment is designed to be used on its own at night, without other products, which is why it's so easy to use.

Q. Is nourishing night treatment suitable for men as well? Male of 39 with combination skin and quite a few lines starting to appear!

A. Our products are suitable for most skin types and you are the perfect age to use the Nourishing Night Treatment, especially as you are starting to see the first signs of ageing. You should find it wonderful for your combination skin, as it is very balancing, however we advise you to apply it to the combination parts that are dry/normal to begin with. We have also heard from our male customers that our cleanser is great to use before shaving!

Q. I have just purchased your products and wonder if they are safe to use throughout pregnancy on the face and neck?

A. With absolute safety and no risk to the pregnant woman at all when used as instructed.
