I’m Carmel Lally, a cosmetic chemist, with many years of experience within the industry. I’ve evaluated thousands of cosmetic and skincare products - so I recognise quality when I see it. I was thrilled to come across the AD skin synergy range.
AD skin synergy use potent ingredients such as organic rose, grown at high altitude where the buds are gathered by hand just before sunrise, when the life force within the plant is at its most potent. Another exceptional ingredient is organic rosehip seed oil; hand-picked from the wild bushes at the foothills of the Chilean Andes, and cold pressed to preserve its nutrient content.
My grandmother used to say you have to suffer for beauty and I think she had a point when it comes to things like hair removal; but it's great to finally find natural cosmetics that are a pleasure to use!
Skin care should be a top priority for everyone, whatever your age. Even some people in their twenties can have deep wrinkles, depending on their lifestyle and genetics.
There’s no need for a separate toner, eye cream or neck cream. The radiant skin moisturiser, nourishing night treatment and essential cleansing balm cover everything the skin needs.
You can use a sunblock on top of the radiant skin moisturiser, or what I personally do is apply my mineral makeup on top with a brush. I’ve used different types of makeup over the radiant skin moisturiser and they’ve all glided on smoothly without rolling up into little bits (my pet hate!).
Using the organic muslin face cloth twice daily is a form of dermabrasion. I don’t make time for a monthly facial anymore, but I always look forward to using the warm organic muslin face cloth at the end of a long day. The facial massage I do with the essential cleansing balm feels like it has an anti aging effect, because my skin feels smooth and nourished afterwards..
The essential cleansing balm is one of those beauty products that once you try it you’ll never go back to other cleansers. It’s great for all skin types, especially dry skin. However even oily skin benefits from its deep cleansing effect.
The nourishing night treatment has numerous organic essential oils in it. It contains frankincense, which is renowned for its anti-aging properties. It’s also great to use in massage therapy.
All three of the AD skin synergy natural skin care products also work as aromatherapy products because they have an uplifting effect when they’re being used.
